FAQ

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions

"How will my artwork be shipped after the purchase?"

Each artwork will be wrapped in bubble wrap and medium-density fibreboard to protect it against outside influences.
Shipping of the artworks will be done via my contracting partner DHL. (If so desired, shipping via Hermes is possible).
Some of my artworks can only be shipped rolled up without the wooden frame or with a freight company.
(Please refer to the respective offer for further details)

"I have a desired motif, is a commissioned work possible?"

From experience I have learned that creating art on commission is detrimental to my joy of painting. For that reason I no longer accept commissioned work based on another persons' reference or desired motif.
It is possible however to create a variant of an already existing painting of mine by repainting it with a changed format or adjusted colour palette. Please contact me if you are interested!

"Are the artworks unique?"

Yes, unless stated differently all my works are handmade or handpainted unique artworks.
Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity.

"Which materials are used?"

I only use acrylic paints from German manufacturers for my paintings. I paint on canvas, paper and 3D wooden boards.
I mainly use painter's spatulas for the paintings themselves.
For my wall objects and sculptures I use a variety of materials made of wood, synthetics and metals.
